Gumagawa po kayo ng design? signed na para sana for building permit requirements? then ipapagwa ko nalang sa kilala ko na foreman basta may plano sana pra d maproblema sa building permit.

Woah! Amazing design…but Im wondering if its possible to squeeze everything in a 100sqm lot? - Double bay car port - 4 rooms (1 on the ground floor and 3 upstairs - dipping pool and gazebo on the 3rd floor. 😅 -small garden (indoor or outdoor)

We had a 187 sqm lot. I need floor plan and 3D. Our requirements if possible are as follows: 3 floors with swimming pool and open bar and garden at roof top. 2 bedrooms, living, dining and kitchen at ground floor. At second floor we have the masters bedroom with walk in closet and 2 bedrooms and family area at second floor. Firewall on one side. With 2 car garage in front and bbq area and maids room at the back. All bedrooms have their own toilet and bath and closet. 1 common toilet at ground floor. How much will it cost for the complete set of plans ready for submission for building permit? But we need the floor plan and 3D first? Thank you!

Hello. Fan po ako ng KZbin page niyo. Ang gaganda ng designs! Can I request for a 3 bedroom Single Attached 2 Storey house with a lot area of 120 sqm (10m frontage x 12m depth). With bedroom po sana sa ground floor and 7x7 ang footprint so we can have 2 cars sa carport. Hoping na magawa itong request. Thank you so much and more powers sa page niyo!
