@@missouritravelers Before I do that, help me understand my situation. A public photographer posted a video he shot in a post office without consequences. I posted a comment supporting public photography, which is a Constitutional right given to all US citizens (and foreign visitors). Someone using your handle declared that public photography is not a right (leading one to think this person thinks one can ... and should ... be arrested for using a camera in public places ... like parks and campgrounds). When I click on the handle as a link it brings me to your channel ... which is full of videos shot in public ... indicating that you make use of your Constitutional right to film in public. Are you the person who declared that public photography is not a right despite your repeated participation in the act of engaging in public photography? Or will you say that is a bug in the system ... and that you have no issue with public photography? I don't want to be mistaken but the evidence indicates you are the person with the erroneous belief that using a camera in a state park is ... not allowed, maybe even illegal. I'll be happy to accept that you support public photography given you engage in public photography. Just say the word. 😉

​@@davidely7032an actvity can be not a constitutionally protected actvity but stll legal wearing a hat is not constitutionally protected but it is legal except when a judge tells you to take it off in his court room.their are time place and manor ressrictions on video we also have states that are two party consent many government buildings are simply not allowing video at all.

@@missouritravelers That doesn't make any sense or, at the very least, adds nothing to the discussion regarding the idea of public photography being an activity protected by the First Amendment (freedom of press and freedom of speech) and whether or not people are allowed to use cameras in public ... the way you often use a camera in the public areas of state parks. I'll go ahead and assume that because you often use a camera in public that you agree that people are always allowed to engage in *PUBLIC photography* . It would have been nice if you answered my question(s), but the First Amendment not only allows you to freely express yourself with public photography it also allows you to remain silent and ignore questions posed to you. In any event, I'm glad to see you engaging in public photography, glad that you know you won't be arrested, ticketed, fined, or restricted from using a camera in public. 😉

@davidely7032 unfortunately these,so called auditors are doing more harm than good this is a case were our technology has surpassed or morality
