This is what 2024 game reviews have to offer? You seem like a dry, dull, pious person, and where is the editing? I miss the good old days when people used to genuinely look forward to doing reviews. spin4cringe I want to see your video in its entirety rather than just waiting to end it. Honestly this was entertaining considering this is one of the lamest, campiest match ups in the game. Idc what anybody says, on Battlefield, Little Mac is low tier trash if and only if you get a percent lead and platform camp the fuck out of him. A good Little Mac will kick your ass if you aggressively try to challenge his ground game.

I have to ask, what purpose does putting a spring under the respawn platform do? I see it every now and then, but I never understood why.

To stall out respawn invincibility. If the person does a brain dead fast fall straight down to the ground as a character with a fast falling speed or slow air speed they get forced into the air which means they can't take advantage of the free advantage state respawning normally allows you. They could just drift or air Dodge away from it to counter it, but the other trap is if they try to chase the Sonic player after they set the spring there. You will never catch Sonic if you are chasing. You have to corner him first, or make him come to you.

If they hit the spring it takes away i frames and puts them in the air with makes it easier to juggle them

To stall out invincibility frames. Usually, you place it before the opponent respawns, but since Little Mac has such dogshit aerials, Sonic can just spring him up for free.
