aquatica and volcano bay are the best water parks in Florida mostly because slides are only so thrilling and i thing volcano bay pushes it to the max and Aquatica pushes to the max for family's the other thing that makes these parks nice is the saff usually is much friendlier or chill (Disney staff sucks in the summer time during the collage internship program just rude collage kids)

My favorite part of Epcot is buying Japanese snacks at that store in World Showcase.

I’ve always wanted to go, but being older, I wanna make sure I go only to the things I wanna go to. And I love Epcot because of the countries which I would never go and travel to. The best part of Universal Studios in 2024 is one particular store called the Film Vault. This is because this shop represents what Universal Studios used to be, having major franchise films back to back and the rides that made you feel like you were experiencing the movie. This modern day Universal is the most watered down version of its former self. The rides they took away may have been dated, but they were meaningful to multiple generations. The new stuff is soulless, no movie magic any longer and the replacement rides are also now dated as well. SMH 🤦‍♂️

Having lived an hour from Disney..here’s a few recommendations Don’t go in summer or Holidays.. go in Jan or February wh n it’s wayyy cooler. Try to book hotels with air miles or points and save thousands. Leave a few minutes early during fireworks or better yet watch from contemporary hotel or other place where you can beat the hordes leaving the park. Go early to be first in park.. take a nap go back at night. If you live in Florida the annual pass used to be a deal.. after 60 years in Florida I moved to NC mountains.. I prefer nature to theme parks but as a kid they were fun…

Busch Gardens is one of those parks where it pays to have an annual pass. In fact, as a passholder in the mid to upper tiers you get far more value from your pass than both disney and universal combined. Free Busch bucks, discount days for animal tours, discounts on food and drinks, free samples during events on select days, special offers not available to single day tickets, free tickets, discounted prices on single day tickets, special tours only for passholders, free parking, discounted prices for howloscream, and a whole host of other offers that busch gardens gives at random times throughout the year. If you are looking to do tours here is a couple things of note. The prices for tours are based on seasonal conditions that can wildly vary from day to week to month. Some tours you may be able to do at very reasonable prices ie the galopagos tortoises Mikey and Bubba. Their tours tend to be the cheapest though its a very good value as your encounter is literally inside their enclosure. You may also be able to snag rare specialty tours like the cheetahs. Be aware though that some tours do have animal interactions and some do not. Those which do offer anything from photo ops to actually petting the animal in question. Others merely allow you an opportunity to see what the enclosure is like backstage but you will likely not get a close encounter as some species are surprisingly nervous around non trainers. Take the cheetahs for example. They may look like the fiercest cats in the viewing area but when you are backstage they are big scaredy cats who are more afraid of you than you may think. If you are looking for the best tour for that wow factor to see at the park for interaction and simplicity its the Hippo tour. You will have multiple chances to pet them, feed them, and get some good photo ops with them. The trainers also take the time to answer questions and provide guests with a good understanding of them. There are plenty of tours to choose from and they change from month to month as you may find different tours available at different times of the year.

@TheFrugalBrit All of them are great save for the 'live entertainment' restaurants IMO. Not the best places to have a conversation in. The Leaky Cauldron and the Three Broomsticks restaurants' menu options remind you of back home in England, huh? :) I never ate toad-in-the-hole before, but I agree that they should have used actual fries (chips) in place of wedges.

I really don't mind that they added IP attractions. Especially with remy's and frozen since it draws people into world showcase. Also, guardians is an S-tier indoor coaster. I'd love for a shang-chi meet and greet in china
