On the Duchies of Cornwall & Lancaster, it's probably also worth asking about how money paid to them is re-invested. I seem to remember that the Duchy of Cornwall has at least indicated that it doesn't invest abroad & focuses on the improvement of the properties owned, and in many cases the rents paid by both the public and public bodies are notably below market value compared to if, as Hislop says, some oligarch or foreign pension fund owned them.

HI there from NZ, the health policy we don't share with USA is universal health care, pretty similar to the NHS but not quite as eviscerated. SO the medical ads are reduced to asking people to suggest to their doctor that they prescribe their drug and not a generic. We also have a national drug purchaser getting the best deal (though it can take some effort to getting some drugs approved). Prescriptions here cost NZ$5 for most medicines.
