It is not a mystery. It is very logical. In the infinity everything is possible. Every appearance, every thought, every possible combination of everything. So this is not a mystery.

At 3-12:00, unfortunately, it’s about the no-person land and what is happening there, why the anger arises there, for how long, how bad it is. It’s legitimate question what or who drives the anger there? it’s still undetected ego or “me”? The brain response? Or what is it? Why follow a thought of being angry in the no-person land for a long time, it’s the land of fulfillment, is it...???

🕉There are apparent non-duality speakers in the world - that apparently appear to be visibly observable in mirrors as humanly corporeal temporally temporary body-mind complexes / action figures - observably visible in mirrors for an impermanently indeterminate duration "in" space and time - and not "of" space and time - even though we are far more than those projected images observably visible in mirrors - for an impermanent duration "in" space and time and not "of" space and time for no-body - other than seemingly mingling with All That Is & All That Is Not Empty Fullness as the contextual content - as what apparently appears to arise - as though every-thing is no-thing-ing and no-thing is every-thing-ing - for no apparent reason, meaning, and purpose - other than of its own accord and volition. 🕉And yet, non-duality speakers are seemingly increasing in greater numbers than ever before as a seemingly new resurgence of the "Advaita Movement" that had once been strongly prevalent and mainly local to India in the "Ancient of Days" thousands of years ago, when the Bhagavad-Gita and Upanishads were seemingly introduced into this dream-like reality frame as the story of Earth. <<< www.angelfire.com/tx3/YantraOm >>>

Good luck with that, "Space Frog" lol > Regardless if you recognise this or not, you are not any-body special or unique, as an individual person, other than a legend in what you believe to be your conjured self's mind, that is convinced to be existing and living its life as a separate individual. And in that separate sense of a conjured self, you are convinced to believe that you are judging and criticising [ playing God ] regarding any-thing that you have obviously mistaken to be claiming that you are in possession of knowledge to discern the difference between a truth and a partial truth. Go back to sleep! lol *Zen-Beyotch Slaps the Space Frog upside its sad little lumpy green head* lmao😆🤣🤣😂😂⚡💤

I always get a kick out of listening to these mindsets. Its obvious we're tangible and aware of each other. Its just we're temporary. The joy of living is experiencing. When parts of the brain are malfunctioning, that's when perception gets bent. Ill be your witness you are real....until you're not anymore. I feel like guests ask the wrong questions.The idea could be taken more seriously if there was a premise to it.If one is going to profess denying oneself, there must be a reason. A reason.

The gentleman appears to be asserting that the 'sense of self' is an illusion. But this is, obviously, incorrect. The 'self' refers to the feeling of 'centrality' which the body (/mind organism), insofar as it is a discrete organism, necessarily has, as it negotiates with its environment, in order, so far as is reasonably possible, to, in the first instance, 'stay alive'. Which it apparently desires to do..............Now it may be possible for that organism to realize (in whatever form that realization may take) that this 'staying alive' is not so critical as it previously seemed. And just as paying the electric bill is not so stressful for a rich person as for a poor: so the aforementioned realization may well considerably ameliorate the 'stress' of being a 'discrete organism'......But these are two different perspectives, which it is not possible to amalgamate into one, any more than Einstein's realization that everything is just an interplay of light and gravity (or whatever he realized) changes the fact that he interacts with the environment in his 'daily life' just the same as everyone else........................I take a 'religious seeker' to be someone who makes an act of faith that certain assertions put forward by religious personages are true, and that by 'following the path (whatever the path may be): they will magically come to see that they are true. But if they are not true, then (whatever else may, or may not, happen): seeing that they are true is not going to happen...............One can easily see why religions set their 'punters' impossible tasks: - easiest way to perpetuate the 'holy business'. But while 'little prayer-meetings and what-not are pretty innocuous (and it's up to people how they spend their leisure-time, and even make friends they can't apparently make in the normal way!): given time it will end up on the battle-field, with the two sides defending nonsense; unwilling to accept that they've been duped!...............There's nothing wrong with Anthropology. Indeed it can be very useful. But it is not only high time: it is urgently necessary to correctly identify religion as an anthropological curiosity. Including the passing fad of so-called "non- duality". - Whatever insights can be had into life, the universe, and everything - experience (of ANYTHING) is NECESSARILY dualistic. And consequently involves something which we might as well call the Self.

Your statement that it is "obviously, incorrect" to consider the sense of self an illusion, is obviously incorrect. It is clear that the self is ultimately an illusion or mental construct that is born out of the human dimension of consciousness and thought. Animals, plants, and other biological forms function quite well without any mental idea of having or being a 'self' with free will and choice. They are discrete organisms, but negotiate their environment quite well without abstract concepts such as self, mind, being, consciousness, non-duality, duality, god, and so on. The body and senses do not require a self to function. In fact, the mental construct of self and all its warty outshoots, makes functioning much more difficult and conflictual. However, it is possible most of the teachers/speakers of 'non-duality' are speaking philosophically, not experientially. There are some who are speaking from their actual condition -- the sense of self has fallen away. This condition cannot be attained through any effort, practice, idea or action. It seems to be a-causal. So, just live your life and if the self falls away while your body continues live and function -- that is not anything you can want or make happen -- then great. At some point, we will die and voila! NO SELF.
@tim13354
@tim13354 6 жыл бұрын
Abstract concepts are only used to think, or communicate. Some concepts, such as God, would not appear to correspond to anything in reality. The self most assuredly does; for you, me, the animals, and other biological forms. Until, as you correctly conclude, we die........Most of the 'teachers/speakers of 'non-duality'' are speaking neither philosophically, nor experientially; but simply out of their arses.

I say, There is clearly no self with free will and choice. You say there clearly is. That is the end of the conversation.
@tim13354
@tim13354 6 жыл бұрын
There is no free will and choice. But there is a self which experiences itself as having free will and choice. In ALL organisms. They are different perspectives.....Water is two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen. But it is also another thing called water. And it's also not even a paradox. You're getting confused. Or, as is more probable, repeating confused dogma. :)

These non-dual speakers are such an enigma. They look so normal, act so normal, but talk about something that sounds so out of this world. How the world must look like through their eyes?
@prajnabala
@prajnabala 6 жыл бұрын
It seems to me that there are different forms of non-dual teachers/speakers. If we are talking about the non-duality of Tony Parsons and his off-shoots (Richard is one), then in my opinion it is the most clear message of all. The apparent individual self and the idea of free will is a construct of the human mind -- but it is not reality and it is not necessary for normal functioning. This is pretty straight forward and intellectually comprehensible. Not, however, the same as when and if this self-sense or contraction actually falls away -- a-causal event.
