This matter pertains to the unethical practice of certain KZbin educators who engage in detailed analysis and solution-sharing of questions that are asked in shifts when the exam gets over. As you are well aware, the SSC CGL is a highly competitive examination, attracting lakhs of aspirants every year. The examination is conducted in multiple shifts across several days, and it is imperative that the integrity of the process is maintained across all shifts to ensure a level playing field for all candidates. Unfortunately, some KZbin educators, driven by the desire for increased viewership and popularity, have been exploiting this multi-shift format. They actively solicit questions from candidates who have already appeared in earlier shifts and then proceed to provide detailed analyses and solutions on their KZbin channels. This practice gives an unfair advantage to those candidates whose exams are scheduled in later shifts, as they gain prior knowledge of the question patterns and solutions. This unethical conduct has several detrimental consequences: * Compromises Exam Integrity: It violates the fundamental principle of competitive examinations, which is to assess candidates' abilities on an equal footing. * Creates Unfair Advantage: Candidates with access to these analyses have an undue advantage over those who appeared in earlier shifts and were not privy to such information. * Inflates Cut-off Marks: Widespread access to question patterns and solutions leads to an artificial increase in the overall performance, resulting in inflated cut-off marks. This disadvantages deserving candidates who appeared in earlier shifts. * Erodes Trust in the System: Such practices breed cynicism and distrust among aspirants, who may start to question the fairness and transparency of the examination process. * Discourages Hard Work: It sends a wrong message to aspiring candidates, implying that shortcuts and unfair means are acceptable paths to success, rather than genuine hard work and dedication. We urge the SSC CGL examination conducting body to take immediate and decisive action to address this issue. I along with many aspirants share the same concern and disgust. We humbly request you to: * Issue a Public Notice: Release a public notice on the official SSC website, explicitly condemning the practice of sharing and analyzing exam questions during the ongoing examination period. We believe that prompt action on your part will go a long way in restoring the faith of aspirants in the SSC CGL examination and ensuring that it remains a fair and transparent assessment of their abilities.
