I don't know how to interpret the dance. It it an expression of joy or agitation? I just know it is so well done. Look at the movement in the neck and shoulders and the slower skip in the latter twirls. It's hard not to anthropomorphize the motivation or think that someone let him watch the Flash Dance scene or some interpretive dance prior to videoing. It's that good, and we have seen gorillas get into watching videos, looking at people's pictures on their phones. I'd like to think he is enjoying himself in the moment. He brought some enjoyment to others in it.
