Looks very well with only one little exception. It's better when you create two mounting points when you're using fdisk/cfdisk. Create separate / and /home partition, belive me is very comfy, especially in case when you work with Arch and you can screw up something into your system very easy. Thanks for video and have a nice day.

Haha, I don't typically run Ubuntu. I usually am an Arch person. I was temporarily on Ubuntu testing a script I wrote. That's all, hahaha

great video but the chown should be $USER:$USER not just $USER and in all caps too.
@sprungles13 күн бұрын
You can do both lol. It goes $USER:group in terms of context. I didn't want to go through explaining groups in this video, so I went ahead and just added it to their user in this video. But yes, technically people can be doing $USER:$USER if they'd like.

Yeah for real! Aboslutely something great to be honest with you. I would never run the chroot as a main environment, but honestly, as a here and there thing, this will certainly help me im certain situations. For instance, just checking what dependencies i need when writing scripts.

3:35 Editing tip: Don't fade audio at the same pace as the video, as this makes it weird to listen to. Finish your sentence and then cut the audio. And the music can even be lower volume as it was still a bit fighting with your voice, especially for someone with tinnitus like me.

@sprungles2 ай бұрын
That's my take on it too! I love it! And well, it's not enough of a stability decline to usually matter. So I love it and will continue to use it. The developer is also pretty good about keeping it up to date with the regular Firefox versions. I appreciate you watching! Thanks!
@S.M_GAMER_GG2 ай бұрын
@@sprungles The only drawback is that you can't get update really fast. I think Mozilla should merge this project to the official, rather than fully focusing on rewritten in rust

@@S.M_GAMER_GG I absolutely agree! Perfect take on this!
@S.M_GAMER_GG2 ай бұрын
@@sprungles when ever I check any fork, it will be more than 5 times faster and this browser is 105 times faster, even the waterfox (reskin with few tweaks) is 15 times faster. Don't know why such a good company is turning this.

I agree about learning the tooling. Cause once you know apt or pacman or other tooling you can transfer that knowledge to whatever you are using. It leaves you system-agnostic which I do believe is the best way to be.
