Depends which area. Home care is easier than hospital. Normal station is easier than special area. If they see potential in you, they will train you

You can continue your higher education. The hospital pays the tuition and they pay you while stdying. Just prove that you speak and understand the language well

Cameras are for patients monitoring and safety not for employees. And not all hospitals installed cameras. Majority not. You can sit when you finish your work. But you cannot sit while others are busy working. You have to help

If you can do it there while working and pay for it then do it. Pinas has adv and disadv, one of the advantages is the agency will pay your language training, and some give allowance while learning. If u have money and pay the language training on ur own then you will oay the agency back in cass u decided to quit
