Rodgers never made the 49ers regret for passing on him as a Packer.Thought maybe he would have joined them at some point just like Brady. Would have been nice to see two guys who grew up Niner fans end their careers with the team the rooted for as kids.

It’s funny how the 49ers always play and beat the Packers in the playoffs every single time they’ve been in the playoffs for like the last 5 times. Like no matter how good the Packers actually are they always make sure the 49ers beat them. They’re just never scary to the 49ers. And once Rodgers left Green Bay, the Cowboys have taken that role.

I really hope that he gets a chance to play for a serious franchise next season and that he can escape this hell-hole called the Raiders. I saw one of the Raiders beat writers pose this question 'why do so many ex-Raiders thrive on other teams?' I think we all know: playing at the Raiders is like playing for a sh*tshow. If they wanted to get rid of him, they should have traded him before the deadline. Now it is a waste of time for him, for the teams that needed him, and for the Raiders. JG will probably relieve AOC of his duties when he gets hurt or when they are down by 4 TDs against real teams. He just needs to put some tape together in the remainder of the season so that he can get out after this season. What a disappointing circus the Raiders are. Utter joke.

I really hope that they can stop focusing on feeding DA and Renfrow. Totally screws up the offense. He should rely way more on Kobes. He is such a reliable WR and in this game even cleaned up the fumble by Jacobs. The first half against the Pats was good. Play more like that with the occasional DA sprinkled in.

The way the Niners got to this point: two weeks before this, Robbie Gould was used as our punter to punt the ball away with under 2 minutes left, trailing by a touchdown, against the Rams. We got the ball back and went 88 yards in a minute to tie it and then won in OT. Without that win we don’t even make the playoffs. We felt like a team of destiny. Losing to the Rams the next week, especially the way we lost, was one of the toughest losses I’ve watched. I almost cried.

I went to that last game in la that we had to win to go to the playoffs and then traveled to Dallas, then Green Bay and then back to la for the nfc championship. Will never forgot how heartbreaking that was walking out of sofi after how awesome the month leading up to that was. Made me hate the rams so much. It really did feel like destiny after the way we won those games. Just kept buying tickets when I barely had enough money because it felt like a once in a life time experience.
