This may sound easy to do, but trust me as a former tuba player, playing the note that crisp and smooth takes A LOT of air control and wind power. This is pure ecstasy!!

Also a tuba player, honestly the notes aren't that hard to play, but I have experience with almost every wind instrument so it's easier for me, especially after switching from bassoon which takes a incredible amount of air compared to brass

I enjoyed the video. I had some bad things happen in the past and I no longer play the trumpet, however when I did I placed first in 1997 All County (my second year playing) and first in All State and All County in 1998. I have transitioned to the alto sax, clarinet, and flute now. I have been getting back into doing some writing and if you or anyone would like to give some criticism on music I've written I have a few videos posted on my channel. Just let me know what you think and especially what you don't like, whatever suggestions you may have.

If you ever see something I write that you want let me know and I will give it to you of which you can do as you please with it, no strings attached. My videos are of music I've either had in my head for years or just something that came about naturally. I value criticism as it doesn't matter if I agree with it. I find that good constructive criticism does one of two things, sometimes both. It will make the piece I working on better or it will inspire an idea for something better. I do so miss being a brass player. To be brief I had a minor stroke and broke some front teeth. Finding people like yourself has gone a long way in making my losses more tolerable. I look forward to seeing whatever you may share next.
