Going to try these tomorrow they look soo good. I have a question however why do we need to put them on the stove first? Why cant we just put them straight into the oil?

I am very surprised that you put the names of countries next to the foods, even though lentil soup is Egyptian in origin, but when you make the Turkish method, you put the name of Turkey. Why don’t you put the name of Egypt next to the Egyptian recipes?
