I was doing challenge mode yesterday and we killed but everyone died we completed the challenge chest didn't spawn when we came back alive boss was still there and we got reward for challenge but the hard mode chest .

It happened when he started to generate siva mites. The guy on right had no idea but right before the bomb hit Aksis siva mites generated and caused Aksis to go up and when the bomb hit he went down covering. The game can't generate the lag or stuff that's going on.

He got the error code 'baboon' or better yet, 'beetle'
