For the Colorado Gunsight Pass (oops), no I did not go up the pass, just to the lake.

Gunsight Lake is my favorite lake in Glacier (with many great ones to choose from)

Gunsight Pass in Glacier National Park is an excellent trail, one of the oldest in the park as a connector between the chalets in the 1910s. Only thing to check before hand is if summer swing bridge is up at Gunsight lake outlet and any snow patches still on trail. On west side, wide trail does have a waterfall going across trail - not scary, but you will get wet.

Did you go over gunsight pass? How was the north side? I heard it was rather sketchy?

Park at Ice Lake parking lot. Walk road less than 5 minutes. Right after road goes over creek, take a left onto mild trail. About 5 mintues hike reaches South Mineral Creek. At creek, head right. 2 small narrow trails branches off slight left of trail to get close to falls. Video is of 2nd branch. Less than 15 minute walk from parking lot.
