I actually cried in front of my boyfriend when he did put me through hell and not calling to let me know he was okay. Eventually, he finally answered the phone. When Toby died, this song hit hard and I was crying so hard and so loud that I begged my mom to let my boyfriend sleep over just this once to help me get through this grief I am feeling since I found out. Toby was very inspirational and always connected with me on a deeper level with his music, especially when I was beaten and abused emotionally and physically.

I was with my ex for 5 years and I cheated multiple times. It's not something I'm proud of. She forgave me everytime but I knew things would never be the same. Eventually we called it quits, it was mutual. We just weren't right for each other. I know she stayed up night after night crying about my actions. She got married a couple years later and she called to tell me she was happy and i am truly happy for her. She deserves all the happiness in the world. I listen to this song and think of her.
