Not sure I understand your comment, this is a short not a long "explainer video" and the intent is super clear, letting my audience know what can be automated, when people ask how I direct them to the "how to video's I make. Not to kick off a spat with you but have you ever worked in a sales team? If you had, you'd know the issues Sales People face, most of whom assume CRM Entry and Reporting to the team can not be automated, this is a short video to simply say yes you can...

I notice there is a lot of crackling / breathe noise as you mentioned it -> no foam on a mic but doing my research there aren't many with foam either out there?!

Yep, it's good but that is 1 issue... you can always buy a foam top on amazon but the newer headsets are getting better at this

Almost there, but for whatever reason, they want this thing to be more like a small office, where you must dial the person's extension. I just want a simple phone. However, it doesn't seem like this is possible with their UI? Kind of bizarre.

Thanks for the video, I have heard that the Noice Cancellation mechanism is built in the socket (from where we can disconnect the 3.5 mm jack) and not in the mic itself, is it true? So if you use the same "Blackwire" using it 3.5mm jack, the noise cancellation on the mic will not work?

Hi Anne, not sure this is relevant... These are a headset, Genesys is a CRM, they work independently of each other. The Noise Cancelling is part of your computer software so not dependant on any CRM. Hope this helps

Now that I see this... Forgot to mention when I was walking that was on my mobile phone with the 35mm Jack, hence the USB + Software is much better. Also, very surprised the quiet as I was sure there would be background noise.
