Its literally called the Book of the "HEBREWS". It literally says god would make a new covenant with the prople of Judah and the people of Israel. It literally says god would write his laws on Israel's hearts. It literally says he would remember Israels sins no more. It literally says he would be Israels god. It literally says Israel would be his people. It literally has zero to do with 21st century non-Israelites.
