I’m with you dude in some ways. I’m not sure I’m bipolar but some of the symptoms make sense to it. I started seeing my current psychiatrist in July of 2024. When he saw me for the first time I was in an emotional wreck and I think I was delusional as well. He put me on Caplyta. Been in it now for a few months is November of 2024. Is helping with something for sure. I also have OCD with intrusive thoughts. I told him the symptoms and he tried me on Prozac. That put me in hypo mania. It was then that I looked back on my life and it made sense and thought maybe I am bipolar type 2. Now I’m still not sure. I believe I’m ADHD as well. The one thing I’m positive about is OCD and I have definitely had symptoms of bipolar. What counts though according to my psych and it makes sense to me odd reading the symptoms. Now worried about a diagnosis just yet. It is a challenge in life though. Keep on keeping on and just treat the symptoms. I haven’t been doing the therapeutic part but I realize it’s a component that is really needed. There is also a spiritual component that is needed. Thank you for sharing your day with us and your story.

I have bipolar type 2 as well and it gets very overwhelming at times. when I'm manic I normally stay up really late and don't sleep til the afternoon/ I talk quite fast, my thoughts race like crazy (then again I always talk like that) and then the depressive episodes hit only for the cycle to happen all over again
