Hi. Giglad work just with Yamaha styles. It is not impossible, but Ketron's new models use mainly live drums, bass, guitars in styles that are not in midi format. Best Regards. Rumen.

@@uniqueb4614 Hi. in my opinion Keep your Korg pa5x because it's good istrument. you can use varanger as a secondary. I personally work with Ketron sd 90, and varranger2, I am use for the right hand using the multisamples from varranger because Ketron SD 90 are very bad sampler player. you can make a similar configuration, but only with varenger are difficult. The Varranger and Giglad are option if you don't have enough money to buy a real keyboard. Thank you very much. Best Regards.

Hello Rumba Rum I have a favor to ask. I use the studio version of Giglad on Mac and I have in my possession Tyros or Genos styles downloaded from the web. My concern is that on 99% of the styles, you have to reprogram yourself to get something audible!. When I say reprogram, I mean transposition for the bass where the chords, or change the Drum Kit, which does not match. The service I ask for: Could you please send me some styles ( funk soul balad, whatever) so that I can see if it is the software or the styles that are problematic. Hi. The styles I use in the video are directly from the giglad library. They are not much but edited and work well.I don't have my edited ready-made styles to send you yet, but when I do, no problem. when you download files from the Internet or even buy, styles have stored parameters which then affect the arranger in Giglad. almost always every single style needs some editing to work well. my advice is to find styles that need minimal editing to save yourself time, because if you have to edit drums bass and the rest of the instruments from the whole style, it will just take an awful lot of time to do it well. @rumbarum5957 Thank you very much for your feedback. Alas, I opted for the STUDIO version instead of the SCENE version which has styles (300). I use like you vsti (Komplete, Pianotek....) and it was imperative for me to have a VSTI compatibility. Anyway, I sold my Korg PA3X just before buying (more than a year already) from Giglad. Out of about 200 styles that I have, none is playable directly! I sent an email to DELTARRAY. They don’t understand my concern but are very nice. Would you be so kind to send me one or two styles by mail just to test what it looks like with the styles they provide. Waiting for your return. PS: sorry for the dialogues, I do not know the language of Shakespeare, so I use a translator 😒

You can use REX to make your own audio drums. REX also make midi track sow tempo problem its solved.

the varragner2 coming with so many features but i think one major problem is sound quality output, the giglad sound qaulity just like aswsome than varranger. can we improve sound quality like professional high quality with using varragner2 if i have HQ styles and using kontakt vst. can it make feel like real arranger keybaord at live performace

Unfortunately my license is activated on this laptop and the person who sold this program passed away and I can't transfer my license to another laptop. You want me to test Korg style in Varranger and Giglad to hear the difference in sound. Unfortunately, Giglad only works with Yamaha styles. So to do something like this I need to convert the style. Hi. Varranger 2 and Giglad both software They can work with vst instruments. Of course these are virtual arrangers and they are not they are not like a real keyboard arranger like Korg, Ketron, Yamaha and another brands. but it's kind of an alternative for work, even for live work, because the price compared to those of real keyboard arrangers is very, very different. not everyone can afford to give more than 2000 pounds and this is the kind of way to work and record even. @@dani196011 Hi. Both are good, but they also have many disadvantages. Giglad it has a very good built-in sampler with pretty good sounds it works with. There is also a style editor which is very good but only works with Yamaha styles. It's also quite difficult to work live playing. Varranger don't have style editor but, but he works with many different styles. Also it has a very good Soundfont player. Varranger 2 for me it is much better for live work. Thank you very much. Yes. You can, but Giglad only works with Yamaha format. If your rhythms are designed for a Yamaha model - no problem. However, if they are in another format for example / Korg, Roland, Ketron or another model - No.

Please listen to the bass drums in the acoustic drum set. Unfortunately, the sample time was too short, and it always crackles at the end because the level is still too high. Also, all instruments only have one velocity layer, which is a shame. Especially with the snare sounds, I always sample at least 5 layers. Acoustic guitars also thrive on the multi-layered layers, which is what makes the sound come alive. It's better to only sample the best sounds of the device and in better quality. A release time also has to be programmed for all samples so that the sound doesn't suddenly stop. Regards, Herby

I agree with what you say but still this is not a professional project. my idea is to record all the instruments and if i work the way you want on more than 500 instruments it will take me more than two years of work. what you said is true but it will take me at least 4-5 hours of work just for one multisampl. how long will it take me to make the whole package? Hi. I made loops of all the instruments that are good to have. The problem is that loops don't work well everywhere. On some instruments it is close to the original, but not on all. Hello, due to my fight with chemotherapy today is the first day I've been able to sit down with Giglad and start going through the manual. I'm not totally sure the web site I looked up was the correct DeltaRay GigLad site but, if it is and you only have 16 employees I'd like to complement you on the user manual. Not only is it well written but for a company your size I rarely see such an in depth user manual. You guys and girls did an outstanding job. I'm no stranger to Arranger Keyboards or any musical keyboard for that matter. My Studio and Keyboards are plentiful as well as all my supporting gear. I've had a Korg PA4x since they were originally released and will not be purchasing a PA5x as I already have everything I need to far exceed the capabilities of the PA5x. Over a decade ago I was forced into an early medical retirement due to the cancer I'm fighting. I am back in remission for the 4th time now and am very much looking forward to using Giglad. As a 50+ year musician trained in classical and theater organ I am well versed in the Software, and hardware for that matter, as I was an Automotive Powertrain Electronics Engineer for many years. My real love is Rock which my world class instructor wasn't pleased with 50 years ago but he finally came around and continued my instruction. I will be able to implement some features with Giglad which probably have not been done before such as DAW, VST, and External Workstation/Synth integration that has not been done with Giglad to date. As soon as I have everything setup and ready for recording (something I normally don't do as I believe if you cannot play it live you should not ply it at all) I'll send both photos, audio and a complete explanation of everything going on.
