I love this game and this music The game is so fun! I've finished the game already and when I was finishing it, I enjoyed every part of it! It’s actually a common expression I’ve heard grandmother as well and I’ve heard both bike/wagon and other variations basically it can mean a few things it can be used when someone states the obvious or says something irrelevant or nonsensical because it can be said literally or sarcastically

There’s a more common phrase for it, “if your aunt had balls, then she’d be your uncle”. The point of either this or Craig’s phrase is that any “if X then Y” hypothetical scenario is meaningless because you’re not a wagon and never will be one. It’s pointless to even mention it like how Kyle did. Craig mentions this phrase very well because he is being realistic and understands that Cartman cannot be changed; all the ifs and buts don’t matter. Hope you understand
