@@DME-jm8ex you know what was the craziest thing… the drain wasn’t leaking the shower pan cracked because they laid it on leveling sand and not mortar the drain worked until I ripped it out… someone did a great caulking job!

if the yard is workable with one, definitely see if ya can pick up a used ride mower. blessing compared to a push when you're short on time and have to get it done on a day where its unreasonably hot

I also came from the city. Got frustrated with lawn guys and tackled care on my own. Not easy but better to know your land than not. Expensive. Watering, fertilizing, treatments for random clovers , weeding, mulching, even just edging right. Pride of ownership

Are you a child pretending to be something you are not?
