I have had strong fractional co2 laser treatments without any PIH (asian skin) so i'm curious as to how you're justifying erbium lasers as superior options to fractional co2 lasers. If pushing fractional co2 hard causes significant risk of PIH on asian skin, why does having to push erbium lasers (even harder I presume since its weaker), not have the same complicaitons? Ultimately its the heat that generates collagen remodeling is it not? So in what way is erbium a superior option?

You see from what I found when I did some research about Isotretinoin, cuz it was prescribed to me not long ago, is that for it to work at the end of your treatment, you need to have between 120mg to 140mg /kg. That's what he prolly meant ❤.

I get them on my arm on my tattoos,I just use a nail clipper to DIG underneath until you're able to grab a part of it and rip it off FAST,never rarely comes back,bleeds a lot but spray with Peroxide.
