Hey thanks. Are there showers there? Is there a dump station there? Is there water refill there? I am staying there at the RV show in one of the electric sites and was wondering.
@FLWeekendWarriors11 күн бұрын
@@rvboondocker2559 We are also staying there for the RV show. There are no showers and I am not sure about a dump station. Last time we had full hookups with 30/50 amps, but every other site had the sewer on the wrong side. I think this is so class As can pull in forwards. I only paid for a 30 amp site, so I am not sure what I am going to get. There is a section that is close to fairgrounds with smaller spots and looked like it only had 30 amps and not sure about sewer. I cannot believe how much they raised the rates, we normally dry camp and dump at Lazy Days. On Sundays no one is at trade in drop off and it has a dump station. No one has ever questioned me.

@@FLWeekendWarriors yes it’s crazy expensive then that’s why I was wondering what I get for that besides some electricity. I was hoping I could be fresh when I leave there by dumping and refilling my water, but it looks like all I get is electric electricity, and a very expensive parking place. I have been looking everywhere and there is no additional information. Some things to say every loop has showers and bathrooms and some say they do not. My conclusion is that nothing is included.
@FLWeekendWarriors11 күн бұрын
@@rvboondocker2559 I have never seen showers there, their is an Equestrian camping section that may have showers. I think they have the vendors camp there. I am expecting at least water. The website says 150 FHU sites, you just might need long hoses. She emailed me a campground map a few days before the event. All the sites not right next to fairground entrance looked like full hookups.

I just pulled my caps off , old fluid is milky pink , could the internals of the cylinder be bad or rusted ?
@FLWeekendWarriors15 күн бұрын
@@troysmith522 Some people use automatic transmission fluid instead of Seastar fluid, which may explain why it is pink. But being milky usually is a sign of water getting in fluid. If fluid can get out, water can get in. I would completely purge system of all that bad fluid and see how it goes. The water may have damaged both the cylinder and helm units. I have had numerous leaking seals over the last 30 years, but the fluid was never milky.

Mine, throws a fault on electric, but it heats, in fact way too much and doesn't shut off until the over heating sensor cuts it off via faut. I assume it's the theromsat or control board, both of which are so expensive I was debating buying a whole unit, as it's cheaper than 4 or 5 individual components, but never thought about 3rd party components, so thanks! Wish you would have put affiliate link in there, so you could have got a tiny biy of $ for it! BTW, never tried mine on propane, wish there was a pure electric version out there.

@@steveleston1848 I don’t have any real good suggestions on getting it out of the tilt tube without damaging it. If your old motor is trashed you could try heating the tilt tube with a torch. If you damage the shaft, they won’t sell you a new shaft unless you have a dealer buddy that can order you one. They make a special hone for the tilt tube and you are supposed to remove shaft and hone tilt tube every couple of years to prevent it getting seized.
