It's a material called Apoxie Sculpt. It's sandable once it hardens so you can sand it smoothly.

Did you play this yourself? If you did you need to seriously consider taking this down. The didgeridoo is for sacred men’s business in many Australian Aboriginal cultures. It’s not to be used like this. This is not only culturally disrespectful but you are inviting some serious bad energy.
