It doesn't surprise me that there's a high pitched clicking sound in the terminals because Wa She Shu has chain-driven contours. Side note: this terminal style is THE SAME AS THE FORMER AMERICAN EAGLE lift at Copper Mountain and the current Beaver Run SuperChair at Breckenridge, both of which are in Colorado. The only difference between this and the Beaver Run SuperChair is the mechanism in the terminals. Wa She Shu has chain-driven terminals whilst the Beaver Run SuperChair has a tyre contour.

Do you remember the Pulse gondola between Gold Coast and High Camp? Built 1997, Removed 2011. It always intrigued me due to its unique designs. Did you ever ride it?
