True. Nutzis are the target audience of this book. The stated goal of the book, mentioned at the beginning, is to get them *truly serious* about achieving world domination, much as “the great one/A.H.” intended - and from there, progress to achieving “four-fold purity” - *racial, social, ideological and physical Purity.* I’d flunk the last two aspects for certain. While I’ve never actually read this book, my upbringing was such that I am not certain I need to - as everything I’ve heard/read about it seems to line up very well with the “sayings and beliefs” of my *Inner Fiend* - who more or less *IS* a committed and indoctrinated Nutzi.
