La compression semble assez dure à passer à la main... Mais le moteur tourne bien. Bravo pour ce remontage. J'espère que les pièces se trouvent encore facilement. A ce que je vois, l'allumage a dû être adapté.

Yes, I had to adapt a slightly larger capacitor than the original one and change the connections. Otherwise, the original parts remained.

I have one like this engine working perfectly.... but for what are using those engines in their time?

Generally for various agricultural machines and small power generators.

Unfortunately, this one is not for sale :). You can probably find a similar model on the market, if not exactly the same.

Yes, it really is, very useful when I have to make precise cuts. I also like the fact that, having a wooden body, the object is friendlier than metal or plastic.

nice that they are running!!! Now you have to "fiddle" with the carb-setting. Maybe you will find the original generators? (probably scrapped for the "copper")

I actually have them. They were 24v generators. At the moment I have nothing in mind to do with them. The engines are still a bit noisy..:)

@@victormart00 maybe some "inverter"? 24VDC to 240VAC ? Depending of the power (amps)delivered by those 24V dynamos. Strange ... 24V ... what were those used for?

@@joostderidder I don't know very much about the history of these engines.
