The correct terminology is "Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI)" Not High Path. I wish people would stop trying to abbreviate everything they say or write.

21:00 "I can't believe the police didn't know." I'm in the process of creating BTA, ALICE, and CSTAG training. I believe part of the problem is individuals may bring a problem, like a family member or friend who is committing heinous criminal activity, to the attention of local authorities, and no justice is found. Corruption is a major cause of mass attacks, and these training programs are the result of corruption going unattended. I discovered the market demand for this type of programming to be taught as a consultant, as part of training for any employment change program. Consultants and human resource departments are the target audience for KMLC Consultant BTA, ALICE, and CSTAG training facilitators, and the promotional websites are being created. From a first-person storytelling perspective, I was in a hospital that was recently under attack and no one acted appropriately. With the border control problem we are currently facing in the US, the increase of cyber attacks on our infrastructure, and the recent huge increase of child exploitation; we all need to assess whether or not we can benefit from these training and begin implementing this programs into all workplace hiring procedures.

I am a student in Washington and my target is a degree in Emergency Management. I am currently in a class that introduces Tribal Emergency Management and how it differs from non-tribal. Thank you so much for this video series, it has been a great resource.

How is law enforcement supposed to access the tools on their tool belt without compromising the covering?

This video is following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control that is primarily targeted for medical personnel. Law Enforcement and other response personnel must decide the personal protective equipment that best mitigates the higher potential hazard for any given operational task. For example, if conducting a non-enforcement support operation the gown is a preferred option, but if the situation is likely to require access to duty equipment then those tools take precedence.

@@lsuncbrt thank you. Law enforcement does not have the same standardization as as the NFPA codes that the fire department follows. This would be a good opportunity, however there are so many operational variations and a lack of opportunity to take time to Don the PPE.
