I feel more sadness for the animals than the humans , humans are causing all the evil in the world and not allowing us to live in peace , not to mention they are much better company than humans , you can trust them and you always know where you stand. An animal friend is unconditional and for life , humans are fickle fair weather pricks.

I would put my animals somewhere to keep them safe. My animals go with me. I dont have horses but i would build them a safe place if i new i lived where tornados love to hit. I would die for my animals. Just like in a hurricane im not leaving with out my dogs and cats. I go they go.

My heart goes out to those animals. RIP. Mother nature can be evil. I would put my pets first into the shelters or a safe place, broke my heart to see all the died animals in a big pile like that

The foal is only being a horse. Getting kicked or bitten goes with the territory if you want to be an equine vet. The vet rarely does nice things to animals;they're only often called when there's a problem.
@Alucard45000 Жыл бұрын
Even so, a well trained and mannered horse shouldn't be biting and kicking even when uncomfortable, especially not at the vet.

I’m a hunt seat rider and for that I’ve always like a taller leaner horse. HOWEVER; I LOVE LOVE LOVE a good FQH, and always have. It just sickens me to see what the AQHA has done to such an amazing and beautiful breed of horse. I’m very glad to see the FQH not dieing away. Please keep ‘me coming!

I worked for the McQuays in the early 80s. Their influence goes far throughout the entire horse industry and lessons learned from them stuck with me as long as I could ride a horse. Even back then there were European interns, already spreading their influence beyond the US.

I remember visiting this ranch with a Breyer Model Horse event back in 2009 or so. I was so impressed with this operation. You could eat off the floor of the stables. The horses were accessible, friendly, and so CLEAN. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, answering questions and explaining everything. What a wonderful operation and family.

It seems clear that horse owners who have storm cellars for themselves, should build large, reinforced storm cellars for their horses. It would be a big job, but if possible, it would be well worth it in order to save their horses from tornadoes.
@shanarablue3396 жыл бұрын
CA Catr would also last for generations , but it would be pricey I'd imagine , it's a pity there weren't ways to do this and make it affordable or having grants or the like available I would imagine lots of folks would have it if they could ,
@user-pe2yx9kt4e4 жыл бұрын
I agree. If anything this is what the government should be helping with.

Cost and Time. Sometimes you have only minutes when sighting a Tornado, or at Night, you can not see them.

Dumbass moving away after the foal kicks. Move in on it, don't give to that pressure or you teach that horse to kick. Idiot.
