To get it you need to go to gamer mode and killing any stages that drops legendsry item choose any stage that drops legendary item if you want

yeah Otus parry is rather unreliable(i wish it was but it's whatever). Backfist doesn't give s but the enemy can't hit you if you hit them first XD

I would say Julius, even though in dragon's den there are enemies that can go through block by charging through his hitbox i think his pure survivability and balanced damage still makes him the best in my opinion
