Id say you were in Radio because I feel you are too young to be in sandlot and the rest are animated. Hey are you familiar with Brad Mehan? He shares great techniques on repair and refurbishing golf heads. Probably worth your time. Do you clean your clubs before selling them? I have found that if a putter is brass it will sell if it is shiny. People say leave the patina but those people aren't buyers. Also since i am wasting your time, What do you think about hydro-dipping putters and using spray or dip rubber over old shafts to make them playable and not damage the original shafts? Thank you for mentioning what clubs sell for and or are worth in your vids. I am always learning.

Yep Radio I was and extra in the stands, No never heard of Brad Mehan have to look him up. On the Hydro dipping Ive never been a fan I love the clubs made the way they come unless doing an overhaul/refinishing to its OG stock look, and thats just my take I have nothing against dipping clubs.

@@Loadeddowngolf Cool deal. Yeah you may enjoy Brad meehan on youtube. He has your same mindset. He takes old and even damaged clubs and brings them back to new condition. The only non original thing I have seen him do is put a high polish chrome on a set that didn't come that way. Thanks again for your informative vids!

Thanks, I do have some supppliers for wholesale but thay are hard to come by for used clubs.

@@Loadeddowngolf yeah I feel ya on that, my buddy has a big operation out of Atlanta, Georgia, says the same thing, used club suppliers are hard to find, he does used clubs, but also does new items like shafts, hats, shoes, grips, etc, he said the margins are slimmer but don't always have to be hunting which is nice

I was going to sell some extra clubs on ebay and when the shipping came up for one club it calculated $49 to $99. In the past I have shipped clubs any where from $15-$30 depending on the state. Have you found a reasonable way to ship a club? Thanks for the videos.

You have to keep the box under 48”, once you go above that height it’s jump up another $10 on shipping. Also stick with 4x4x48 boxes for the smaller clubs, with that size box and a single club you can ship it anywhere in the US for $13-15 UPS ground. With large drivers and multiple clubs I use 6x6x48 boxes. Shipping is going to be a little more expensive moving up to the larger box.

Cayce - I've watched your videos where you strip off badly deteriorated grips from the golf clubs. Assume you're selling a set (rather than replacement clubs) and all of the clubs need regripping so you've stripped them down. How do you price the stripped clubs compared to clubs that have playable grips? TIA
