What a gorgeous house for some lucky someone! You both showcased this house so well! I love how the kitchen island faces the private pool area and large lanai! I also like how the master bedroom is on the opposite side from the other two bedrooms! Great pantry area, too! It’s like having your own general store in there! 😊❤

Since homes flood in Florida it's only worth 250k and only will depreciate over time.

@@Franciscofloridarealtor Homes depreciate in value so that tear down is probably worth 50k in 2015 so it's even less than that now. Only reason they go up in price is to support the mortgage industry artificially keeping people happy.
