I agree...envelopes are usually too flimsy, but Kraft paper seems to be a bit stronger. I so enjoy the look of Kraft as an album base...seems to work for everything, and adding a layer of black is a really nice touch. I like your gentle edge distressing. Well done! Well done!

I really like your decision to add your charms to the front of this delightful mini album...really nice. That MS edge punch is my all time favorite...using the same punch on every pocket page is a nice decision...good continuity. I'm going to have to give this size album a try. Nice work!

Thank you Linda for the beautiful tutorials! So great! May I asked you which brand of brushed did you use for your coloring. I'm still searching for good brushes. Thank you so much for your answer! XX Diana
@LindaLevoir8 жыл бұрын
+Diana Adamski Thank you. I use a few different makes but that one is a Pro Arte Renaissance Sable size 000, though I may have put the base colour down with a 00 as the image is printed quite large :) xx
@DianaAdamski8 жыл бұрын
+Linda Levoir Thank you for your answer! Are these your favorite brushes? xx
@LindaLevoir8 жыл бұрын
+Diana Adamski I really like that one, I have a couple of others that I also really like. For me basically the sable brushes are better as they are soft but still keep a nice point and I tend to favour a slightly longer tip, the ones in the video are a little longer than some of the others I have and that makes them really nice for blending out, but for a very small stamp/image I'd probably prefer a shorter tip. That's why I like to try different ones and have a few to choose from. Hope that makes sense! :) xx

The album is absolutely GORGEOUS! But unfortunately, like many people end up doing, the coughing and clearing of your voice is quite loud. Maybe a drink of water before recording or a cough drop if you know your voice starts acting up once you begin to record....it happens to ALOT of people. But nevertheless, it doesn't take away from the beauty of your work! TFS.....Crafty Hugs from Massachusetts.....Laura :-)

+Pretty Blue Stamper Thank you so much. Unfortunately as an asthma sufferer who was just getting over being ill, the drink I had beforehand (and even during!), wasn't enough to stave off the cough that's linked to the asthma :)

+Linda Levoir I do apologize then....I obviously didn't know and I guess maybe I should've turned the volume down, but it was a bit hard to hear for some reason, and I actually jerked every time you cleared or coughed....my nerves and the high volume I'm sure. I hope I did not offend....I was in complete awe of your work and beautiful way you used the papers...very, very pretty indeed. Again...apologies and TFS and understanding my comment.....Laura :-)
