i have mixed feelings about boracay. happy and sad. i guess we cannot stop "progress". i used to go there in the late 70's. it was just a sleepy fishing village. a virgin. .fireflies instead of club lights, magic mushrooms instead of expensive booze, tents instead of 5 star hotels. barter trade instead of money. i just gave away everything i had, clothes, batteries, flashlights and goggles. and now im watching boracay in you tube here in the usa. all things must pass (a george harrison song)
