Is this an aqua reserve? Couldn't find anything saying that.

Yes it’s a ‘no take’ aquatic reserve. The full protection is why there are so many fish

great video, any specific directions for how to find the motorcycle? ive tried a couple times to find it (snorkeling) but have had no luck so far

Will Watson the bike has moved since this video was shot. It's now in pieces in deep water and covered by seaweed. You may have seen a recent photo in the Manly Daily about another bike. Again this is in deep water about 200 m out from the beach and unfortunately can't be found snorkelling. Cheers Pete
