1:06:53 woah woah woah, I wouldn’t say that. Forretress isn’t a guaranteed one-shot. That guy is a scary threat if you don’t have a fire type attacker. Also, Ariados has baton pass bc if they use spider web to lock your mon in, they can switch while the effect of spider web still locking you in. There were a few inaccurate things said in this overview but saying that about my boy Koga’s team is a bit off.

I love koga too, I just think his strategy is heavily flawed and doesn't work due to the pokemon involved. If you do own a fire type mon, his entire spider web strategy doesn't matter. If he does get it off, I don't think it matters because his other pokemon are super weak. Under any circumstance, this fight should not be hard if you walk in prepared. Which is sad for me to say because I really like koga's idea

iirc Saving money is incredibly useful in these games because the mom will get you rare items, I could be misremembering but I don't think so

@10:21 your mom saves money and buys you exclusive items you can't get anywhere else. Onlyb10 minutes in amd a huge feature of gen 2 is called "the most useless mechanic" I don't even feel like watching further.

So I did look into this, and the items that you can't get anywhere else are unlimited and are the berries that reduce the weaknesses of certain moves, which I will say can be useful, but the limited items are ones that you can in fact in other places. I will admit I didn't know this but since the limited items are ones you can find throughout your journey. I still don't think it's something I would use traditionally.

Mom saving money is helpful because she gives you access to rare berries that weaken attacks as well as choice scarf, muscle band and focus sash. Always have mom save if you're not in a rush.

0:43 hahahha he think the game is ugly then recommends firered hahahhah he thinks the mini games are unplayable i've had 0 issues with pokèathlon since i was 7 so if a 7 year old can figure out the controls almost immediately and you can't i can only conclude it's either a skill issue or "you have a very minor case of major brain damage" either way it's kinda a you problem 😂

You know, oak is important because he used to be *the professor* as I'm one of the first to study Pokemon, elm is even his student. Later on Pokemon added more and older professors, with specializations, but oak was born in other context. Also he was respected just because he used to be a really good trainer back in his glory days, since you are a new trainer, he was kinda a figure one would aspire to be

I remember seeing somewhere in a game manual, that the character was called gold in pokemon gold but called Ethan in Heartgold soulsilver?? I think i've internalized the name gold so I forgot he was called Ethan.

@Trinthegay I know, I know, but it's a remake of the gen 2 games. I grew up with gen 4, fell in love with gen 2, and appreciate the remakes. It's why I put gen 2 related rather than just outright calling it gen 2 :)

here are a few of my takes from your video: - I’m happy that someone thinks that Rosalina’s ice world isn’t a great track - Sunset Wilds should be in bottom 5 - Sunshine Airport being 71 is horrid. - I agree that koopa cape in mk8 is worse than both mk7 and wii’s version - Tokyo Blur and Los Angeles Laps are the 2 worst tour tracks in the game - Cloudtop Cruise is severely overhated - they fcked Sky Garden completely - Ribbon Road being 48th feels sad - snes Rainbow Road being better than 3DS Rainbow Road makes me rethink life - I agree with Singapore Speedway being by far the best tour track - Boo Lake and snes Bowser Castle 3 were the best flat track remakes from mk8dx - Ninja Hideaway being worse than Toad Circuit and Mario fucking Circuit 3 is probably the most insane take I’ve ever seen in the history of Mario Kart

I feel as if a good amount of people have a very similar take to him. I do genuinely feel this way about all of the courses I ranked but sometimes I just happen to have the same critique as him, with billions of people in the world, and so many that do reviews of one game, I can see how some of these reviews can feel the same. Although I do try and expand on topics that I feel haven't been talked about.

That was something I added in post during editing. Since I had the main screen zoomed in I used the duplicate as my "info square".

unfortunately if you choose hybrid its like that. the only way to get rid of it is the "left/right" option which just has both screens equally sized and next to each other.
