I hate Lady Lynda by the BB and always will, it reminds me of emotional traumas from my past which even today are still taking time to heal.

Sadly some of them no longer with us but they will be immortalised as Pans People dancers. Thanks for the memories.

Everyone was happy in those days... especially my old dad... sitting there watching Kate Bush & Abba on Top of the Pops watching Pans People & Legs & Co dancing... thinking about it mum was never happy with Top of the Pops 🤭

The main reason they were dropped was the availability of videos to show when the acts couldn't be on live. It certainly wasn't a woke decision. Look at the "party people" who replaced them, dancing in and around the acts who were on. Giving them the Birdie song as a last dance was a nasty thing to do to them.

much as i loved legs and co i'm glad they quit top of the pops (or were they dropped?) as the show degenerated into rubbish as the 80's wore on, they'd become a sideshow and people weren't paying attention as the earliest signs of the woke mentality that would grip the BBC decades later started to slightly appear, the golden age of pans people was long gone and top of the pops just got worse and worse, i'm not a fan of 80's music generally speaking but aside from my personal taste the format of top of the pops became utterly ludicrous, such beautiful girls as legs were, were wasted on the declining top of the pops

Yeah, and today you will have a few Easteners, Indians, a few coloured and black dancers thrown if for poor measure. Also a dude dancing with them because he identifies as female......how rediculous!!!
