To answer the question as to why the top and bottom of the picture is cut off your TV automatically zooms in to a different aspects ratio. Our last TV used to do that, drove me and my dad nuts

I'll explain: In the early 90's before ZZZAP, there was a show I think on CITV called Round The Bend, which was meant to be a parody newspaper comic show hosted by a green Crocodile named Doc Croc (but apparently he wasn't named in the show) and a few rats as they run "The World's First Electronic Video Comic), and while not presented like ZZZAP, it did have various segments throughout the episode. The joke was that I found the two shows similar because of the comic format. There are a few episodes and a good review you can find on KZbin
