What are some methods to avoid the bags leaving the tears on the packaging? Or to avoid the bags from sealing before the shirt drops into it? Our machine has been doing this lately. Running into small issues. Or should we contact customer support?

Whoever is the camera operator, when they guys are talking about a piece of equipment you need to pan the camera to the equipment more often so we can see it in action. Ive watched a few of these and you keep the camera on the people talking, which is fine but then they start talking about a piece of equipment you still keep it on the interview...show the equipmnt in action and when they are done speaking about the equipment THEN pan back to the interview.
