Thanks Luke. I grew up facing Clarance ROAD (Get it right mate) You missed Georges Fish and Chips Shop. World famous around Canning Town. Had you have carried on to the bridge (Manor Rd) you could have added in that under its arches it once had a piggery. Samson family. Before and after the 2nd war. It had to close and move out of the district. Around 1960 Also, a monumental mason business. Phil Collins. Phil began with a firewood Smale business. Also, a panel beating paint shop Terry Ryan. Lastly. One of the best Antique wooden furniture restorer/carvers you could ever meet named Sid Kinsely. The powers that be replaced the old "Peggy leggy steps" when they built the Star Lane Station.

👋🏻🇺🇸Hello there Luke, I was not familiar with Admiral Horatio Nelson. But looked him up and what a brave man he was! We would do his best to serve and protect Britain 🇬🇧 I have the utmost respect for him and those like him. Honor of God & country were his motto. Such courage, bravery and leadership he showed to his navy. ❤God bless him. RIP Admiral Nelson. 🥰❤️💐🙏🏻🕊️✝️ Good job on this one too! 😊❤️👏🏻👏🏻

Ah thanks for that lovely comment "really appreciate that + glad you enjoyed the video." Thsnks again 🇺🇸 👋 🇬🇧💙✌️

Thank you so much for this, St Philip's was my church for over 20 years. When you were in the gallery and saw the odds and ends behind the screens, that is where the pipe organ used to be, and the gallery itself was used by the choir. The hall where the kindergarten is now was known as the 'small hall' and was built as a 'BP' hall, i.e. for Scouts, Cubs, Guides and Brownies. I lived in Balaam Street,

I remember watching local London news and the end story was about the dragon from the top of the spire of this church in the 1990s when it was restored - they dismantled it and took it away to be refurbished. When the dragon was returned to be put back on top of the spire - they FIRST took it to st James primary school next door and set up a ramp either side and organised it so that all the children of the school could hop over the small hight over the dragon - so that when it was put back on t he spire - they could swear without lying that they had jumped over the dragon on the top of the spire. I never forgot that because I thought it was such a great thing to do. This looks s an AWESOME channel - have subscribed ❤🎉🎉🎉 BRAVO

I recommend " life and death in Spitalfields" if a copy can be found ( molas). Work takes me to the Hawksmoor there and though the dust is long gone the shades remain. Nothing hostile, more curious when I'm there as to why! I hope they remain in situ as intended, Really looking forward to the video. Louisa Courtauld was one of the exhumed at Spitalfields, others encased in lead as the future video suggests still showing signs of smallpox lesions. There's a horizon programme from years ago ( on here). Not a good copy but excellent for what happens when the clearers are summoned...
