After 2003 NMC approved by ECFMG. As on date sept 2024 we applied for ECFMG registration, unable to continue because College not shown in ECFMG web site. This college acerated at NMC. What is reason?

Can I use 6.0 rr notes for 4 years of my mbbs

My 3rd year is just started now and I have taken prepladder subscription but today I saw that they have changed anatomy faculty and they will deliver anatomy book for free to whose who have already paid for 6.0 rr notes. But my question is will I have to buy notes again and again becoz prepladder is saying when new faculty comes then they have different content.
