I’m actually not sure about ps4-5. we didn’t have any issue connecting to Xbox, pc, phone etc. we never tried on a PlayStation but the seller did say it was compatible so my advise would be to contact the seller. they sometimes have other tricks that the instruction didn’t have. sorry!

Hi! I am putting these barstools together now and I’m having problems with one thing and so when I found your video, I noticed that you put the poles down on the base and they were ready to go. Mine came with a cap on top and I can’t take it off! Did yours not come with? Help! Thank you for your video.

You might be better off getting something like the Bissell little green hydrosteam for that, it's a handheld steamer with suction

When we pull the trigger to steam, at some point we reach the saturation that the floor gets wet and wet and the drying over vacuum cleaning does not help. Do you have any solution for that?

Have you checked the dirty water canister when this happens? If it’s at or above the max line, it won’t suction any more water. Try emptying the canister and then continuing.

Hello! There’s a built-in flow-through heater with a temperature sensor that turns the water into steam. The process also mixes with the cleaning solution which is a disinfectant.

Hello! I use the Bissell formula labeled for the Crosswave. I have not personally tried another brand in mine so I am unsure about that!

You can use other products, but be careful that they don't produce too much foam. In this case your bissel will not work anymore. I use different products for years. Up to now i had no problems. @@lifein7seasons

That's crazy I said the same thing. I think I was used to older models honestly. Ya just got to move slower if you want that steam to really hit

Do yo have to use solution if you’re steaming? And how do you dry vacuum? Just don’t add water?

Yes! You add solution mixed with water for steaming and mopping. I suppose you could just use water for steam, if you wish. There’s a trigger to add solution/water during steaming and mopping. To vacuum, you just wouldn’t pull the trigger! Otherwise, it’s continuously vacuuming as it’s mopping and steaming as well, just not dry.

do you recommend cleaning the vacuum at the end of the day? also, do you replace the newly cleaned brush with a dry one? if not, does it not stink? Thanks so much! Please post more updates. I just bought this vacuum today! :)

Totally recommend cleaning daily. I just do a more “deep clean” of the brush as well at the end of the day and let it air dry. No need for a new one for awhile. It doesn’t stink as long as you’re properly cleaning!

Hi! I’ve had this for 6 months and haven’t changed the filter yet. It’s plastic and metal mesh so it washes out easily! Hopes this helps.

I got one last week I used it on the kitchen floor and the hallway to try out, must say it did amazing job. This Monday we are moving furniture in the bedrooms and going to do a deep clean before the new beds arrive. Can’t wait lol.
