I'm a victim of both of these effects, my coach just told me yesterday that I'm exiting left to early plus being a little out to in at impact plus I'm not making a full shoulder turn. I think I'll work on the full shoulder turn and give feedback here after about a month or so! I don't get much distance with my driver either and slice or fade it almost all the time! Thanks for this tip.. needed validation. Much appreciated!

It is a scam. They promise too much and deliver minimal. There is a 2 minute wait time imposed between machines. Waste of time.

Weights and a bar are always great. But this way is great too if it gets people to exercise.

@@TheKingOfHalo I think the "gamification" of gym machines is an interesting approach. It really makes sense in this fast moving, always connected society. It might not replace weights and bars but I think it's not supposed to. Rather, like you said, get people to exercise. Once they have the mechanics figured out and get a bit more interested, I think most people will start to drift to the more classic machines, free weights etc.

I did this training today and I have to say that I had fun doing it. It is not hardcore but for a 43 year old guy with a desk job I can do this every two days in lunch time. That's great for me.
