This looks really helpful. While I can't recall what ship we're going to be on with NCL. My dad and I flying to Hawaii tomorrow and getting on the ship tomorrow afternoon. Hoping it's the same ship! :)

I’m going on the Fantasy Disney cruise soon, I can’t wait so I watched this video to learn a little about it, this video was very helpful and I even wrote down all the info you gave in a google doc. 😀

Just got back from Med cruise on Escape . A few points . Don’t expect to arrive in the Ports as listed , the ship is too big so you will be more or less forced to take the expensive Tour options offered by NCL . On disembarkation day don’t expect to hang around the ship any later 9.30am on the final day . The enjoy the bun fight with everyone trying to get a Taxi . Finally when you receive your final bill for onboard services plus hefty gratuity , if you leave a uk debit card , they will give you a robbery exchange rate of circa $1.06 to the £ so be warned .

They change their chicken wings from fried to boiled and they are terrible and of course they did this to save money. They also use a much lower quality Wing they look so bad like Frankenstein wings and they no longer give out wet wipes I mean come on NCL how cheap can you really be

Thank you so much for this video! We’re getting ready to sail in the Haven on the Breakaway for a transatlantic in February 2025. This will be our second Haven experience and I have to say that the Haven on the Breakaway looks to be more enjoyable than on our previous NCL ship. ❤

Thank you. Great tour of the ship. We booked a mediterranean cruise for next year on the Breakaway in November 2025. We've been on the Bliss and going on the Joy in April, 2015, but WOW, the Breakaway looks fantastic!

We love the Haven experience and we will probably never go back to the regular suites

I just got back. Was the last cruise of the year. NCL. I say, if its not busy, buy them yoruslef. I paid 60 dollars for tours that were 350 if bought through the cruise. Im also younger so take that into account. If its busy and you have trouble getting around, then its worth it. If young and have time/not busy season, dont.

O'SHEEHAN'S needs to stop saying they are open 24/7. NCL is slowly taking away open hours by claiming it's to set up for the next meal period and the menu is being stripped of many enjoyed items during the night. How can they take away loaded nachos at night? Certain burgers aren't available either. I go there expecting to get what i like that tgey offer during the day! So sad.

Looks like if you sail in haven NCL , then private crew push your wheelchair 🦽 ♿️ all the way where vehicle to pickup is . But if you are not in haven then you get pushed where suitcase pick up is . Then you r on your own. Then I have to push the wheelchair and suitcases. So disable people do get treated different . Who made up this rule . 🤔. Shame on NCL .

Hi! Thank you for this great video! I am just in the beginning stages of planning our 2027 cruise for our 25th anniversary. I’ve narrowed it down to Alaska on the Norwegian Joy. And I am definitely staying in the Haven. I am heavily leaning towards the same aft facing suite like you had. My question is…. Since these are in the aft of the ship and most of the Haven amenities are in the forward….did you find it a pain to get to the lounge, restaurant, sun deck etc? I’m loving the idea of the large balcony especially for Alaska, but worried about the walk to & from the lounge and restaurant. How was your experience? Would you rather have that huge aft facing deck or be closer to the Haven? Thank you again for this video, it was super helpful!
