This is Poland, they employ different colored license plates per type of vehicle, in this case the Covette is registered as a historic vehicle (that's why it has the 1920s shaped car on it)

Na serii przy 290hp duże egt, kilka tematów strojonych Stage3 na takim samym kolektorem i wyniki po 300-305 i duuużo lepsza góra i niższe EGT :)
