First of all change the marking of board according to the laws of carrom after that you change the colours of the coin .

Hi, which I like about carrom it s the 15 seconde time we have to play which is I think a very good and respectfull rule. I m surprise that in a final of world cup, this rule is not apply (time 4:35, 16:00 19:47 40:21 1:36:45) What about referee ???. Maybe the rules have changed ? However there is nothing to say about the technic and skills of both players, congratulations to both of them. Patrice
