Although I prefer garden style apartments (one level) for me I would not go with the 2nd apartment for the simply fact that there are not any windows except for in the living room. The dining room/flex room did not have a window, the only bedroom had two so call transom windows leading out to the living room/kitchen. Not having windows to let in natural sunlight or to have fresh air breezing through would be very depressing & make me think of prison....

I had a very very close high school GPA of yours and your exact college gap at the time (1.9)... luckily I haven't taken any nursing perquisites and my college has a forgiveness program where I can retake the classes I failed and replace my GPA at that school. I just hope they don't look at my cumulative GPA and only my nursing related ones!! thank you for this video... literally my EXACT situation. you may very well have just given the hope I need to continue with my education. Awe don't lose hope you'll make it and be fine. I'm entering my 3rd semester of nursing school this fall. Make sure that you read the fine print on what it's allowed and what's not allowed for the school you're entering.

@@ADN2021 Quick question and I hope you can get back to me before it's too late! Will I be able to use the calculator on the screen to convert fractions to decimals or will i have to do long division? Like can I divide 7/8 and get a decimal answer on the calculator they provide on the screen?

@@RemoteApogee I honestly don't remember because I took the hesi 2 years ago, but I think you can. However if they ask you to divide a fraction you can't enter a decimal. Your answer has to be in the same form as the question. If the question asks you to convert a fraction to a decimal, then I believe you can use the on screen calculator. I hope that makes sense. I'm trying to get into nursing school but my grades first time around are not that great in I'm prereqs. C's any tips on should I just apply or should I wait until my grades are better. which courses do you have C' s in? If your low grades are in science courses, you should see if you can retake them. that way your GPA for that specific nursing school is high. Also it never hurts to apply. if you meet all the requirements go ahead and apply. While you're waiting to hear an answer you could be retaking those classes.

My parents want to buy me the whole ready for the hesi. It is $127. I heard bio, chem, and a&p are really good in that book. Should I? If I buy only those 3 is $81

I'm not sure what that is, but I would read the reviews for the product and maybe look up some videos about it. If you are taking those 3 sections on the test and you feel like it would be a good investment then go ahead and buy it. Just make sure you do your research first

Loved your video! I have some questions... I am wondering, if you take 7 sections rather than 4 sections do you have more time? If you take only one section you pay less or the same than 4? Is there any way to contact the HESI office? I want to ask them something but haven't found a way to contact them.

when I took the exam, I believe I only had 4 hours total. Some testing centers allow 5 hours, but whatever the specific time is for that particular center is how much time you have to take it. The clock also continues if you go to the restroom. You might be able to get in touch with HESI, by going to the elsevier website and calling their toll number. www.evolve.elsevier.com

There is no need to practice changing fraction to decimals because they give you a calculator, don't they? Also, what is the name of that app of the game for a&p?

there is a calculator provided, but it is faster to do by hand. You won't always have a calculator in the real world so it's best to have the "know how" already stored. Also remember that the test is timed and can't be stopped until you hit submit.

That's great 😄. I would suggest taking medical terminology and dosage calculations right before you start nursing school. They will be extremely beneficial for you. Also don't beat yourself up if you don't get an "A", just do your best and GOD will do the rest👌. Good luck

Hi Michael! I apologize for the late response. I'm currently doing okay, how about you? I don't plan on selling my forth edition study guide, only because I sold my third edition and I would like to keep at least one study guide. However you can buy either edition on Amazon for around $25
