Thrift stores has a lot of original 90’s Barbie ❤❤❤❤❤ I saw Barbie as Rapunzel (1994) and Barbie as Cinderella 👠 (1996) She has very long pale bleach white hair 👩🦳

@gretchennahas5994 Depending on how short...If you can get it into small perm rollers that could work. Or try wetting, twisting it into a curl, then securing with a bobby pin and letting it dry. Hope this helps! 💕

I hadn't heard of this doll before. You cleaned them up so well into one restored doll. I looked at her old commercial and was like wow, why don't they make posable child dolls like this today in the US, because the size and type of articulation remind me of Japanese Licca-chan dolls. I also guess nowadays it's about making more characters instead of just one doll with a lot of fashions/accessories. I kind of want one now.

Remove-Zit from Twin pines is very good for getting rid of stains on dolls! I love all of their products! Dollspart Co., sells their products or you can order directly form Twin Pines site

Can you explain how to fix doll hair with ironing? I burned my doll’s hair a little and it did not burn badly. Rather, the burning affected the softness of her hair, so her hair became coarse and thick. I hope you can solve this problem for me. I am one of your biggest fans. I watch you every morning. 🥹💚

@2jic3 Aw, thank you so much for watching!! 💕 So, if her hair is heat damaged, I would try soaking it in fabric softener for about 10 minutes then take it out and rinse, then massage in some conditioner then rinse well again. Then gently comb with a wide toothed comb starting at the ends. Then let it dry naturally. That should soften it up again. But if it doesn't let me know and we can re-visit. 🤞🩷

Wow! What fun watching these two come to life. Margie turned out fantastic. Did you use an acrylic craft paint or oil? Just wondering as I need to repaint a compo doll and I’d rather use acrylic. Love your channel!

Thank you! I used acrylic craft paint with a little gloss medium. Oil is probably better in terms of lasting another 100 years. But if, like me, you are during a DIY rescue, the acrylic did great. But I didn't mix with any water. I used the gloss medium as a thinner instead. Let me know if you have any follow up questions. And thanks for watching! 💕
