Thanks for the cast! The title of the video seems to be a carry over from a previous video. It should be human protoss vs monster and not human zerg vs nitekatt.

Gg wp by crosstoss. The bots have a weakness and crosstoss knows how to exploit them very well. Proxys 1 hatch lurker strategy is not good unless not scouted. Loved the power of 1 basing protoss just anilelating proxy not giving the bot a chance to catch up. I play these bots daily and honestly trying to play standard (almost) never works unless your on top of your game with almost 0 mistakes. Keep up the great casts and thanks again

In my personal opinion, Chris Cox, Halo, and Killer Bot are not well-suited for human games. Chris tends to choose the 4-Drones with the highest probability of winning, and both Halo and Killer Bot exhibit a strong tendency to select build orders with high win rates in Schnail games.

Is the downloaded Schnail essentially the same? It operates a bit differently from the Schnail AI I'm familiar with. Have I improved the program in any way? It generally reacts strangely or encounters occasional errors.

My apologies this fell through the notifications "cracks" so to speak. I am unfortunately unsure, the only SCHNAIL i am aware of is the Starcraft Human and AI League, which is the client we use. We aren't actually involved in the development of either the bots or that client but from what we understand from talking with some of the bot authors is that SCHNAIL does some have some limitations running the bots versus just running them as normal for like the SSCAIT tournaments.

Very cool games I really thought the average joes were going to lose but man it was super close and exciting. KrasiO has such good micro and perfect reactions. That last game was close if krasiOs scvs were only 1 second earlier i think the bunker would have held with mass repairs from the scvs and the game would have kept going. Great games from the average joes.

Yeah as I said on Discord, my bot was actually kinda in the dark most of the last game against CuddleZerg. I don't think it ever saw the hydra den (which was well hidden) and was expecting some kind of muta / ling shenanigans (hence the many turrets / goliaths and late siege mode) ... until the hydra flood started. But those bunker busts are hydras' specialty... Anyway, perfectly executed by CuddleZerg. The guy knows his strats :)

stardust is broken theres no shame to lose to it. I dont play zerg so never acutally seen stardusts pvz but man its build order is very solid. its dragoon and corsair micro is out of this world. dragoons shooting at max range makes it look better than a progamer very scary stuff.

It can be very very frustrating to play against haha, pretty much all bots over 1400 it feels like we as players gotta come up with some sort of special build just for them or be at the tippy top of our game that match.

As in the bots controlling the campaign units? Unfortunately no, however you can download the SCHNAIL client from schnail.com and play against them in custom 1v1 skrims or play on the SCHNAIL ladder for ranking.

great games and great casting once again. I notice when I play against tscmoo it always opens up 2 factory but never remember seeing it build 3 factory. Terminus has alot of diffrent openers but recently its been going bbs right in front of my main instead of only 8 rax lol.

Thats been our experience with terminus too. So far had him for tvz and tvp for league and event matches. In event matches he went bbs against toss and then the proxy 8 rax. tricksy tricksy play haha.

Thanks for the games! I know a lot of bots, if they have no match history against an opponent, will choose a very aggressive build as their opener. It’s them asking, “I don’t know what to expect from you yet, but can I just come over there and kill you easy?” I think that could be why you see a lot of cheeses/aggressive games from a lot of these bots so far. Either way thanks for the cast. Looking forward to more.

Ahh I didn't know that, yeah we've been seeing lots of aggressive games in practice sessions and didn't know if it was just normally that way or if it was possibly adjusting.

very nice to see humans face the schnail ais. These bots are very strong and i struggle playing against the bots over 1000 ello. micro and macro are s rank tier

It really is crazy how as a player if you mess up 1 aspect they can just steam roll you. Like you said, never miss a depot, expansion, or macro cycle regardless of whats going on.

Crona's muta micro is hella impressive NGL, good thing Terran 5 IQ ogre Terran gamer YOLO'd into Zerg anyway, else would probably have lost it.

Sometimes the best move is to just YOLO :) but it can feel very unfair fighting against it. Wasn't shown on stream but from the practice games our terran player has told us about, pretty much all the zerg AIs can instantly split mutas targeted by valk shots and irradiate. It makes dealing with them insanely hard when you think about the more modern ways human pro terrans have adapted to human pro zerg micro and try to apply them towards fighting the bots.
